Unsere nachhaltigen Bio Black Tiger Garnelen servieren wir zu den Festtagen mit weihnachtlichem Blattspinat mit Kichererbsen und Granatapfel sowie bissfest gekochtem Dinkelreis.

Anleitungen
  1. Die Garnelen im Kühlschrank ca. 12 Stunden auftauen. Bei Raumtemperatur 2-4 Stunden oder rascher, in ausreichend lauwarmes Salzwasser (20g Salz (=2 EL) pro Liter Wasser) für ca. 5-10 Minuten einlegen.
  2. Den Dinkelreis laut Packungsangabe bissfest kochen.
  3. Schalotten in feine Würfel schneiden und mit etwas Öl in einer Pfanne glasig anbraten.
  4. Die Brühe und den Spinat beimengen und 4 Minuten dünsten. Mit den Gewürzen und einem Spritzer Zitronensaft abschmecken und das Olivenöl untermischen.
  5. Butter in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Kichererbsen erwärmen.
  6. Die aufgetauten Garnelen mit etwas Olivenöl in einer Pfanne anbraten und mit dem Dinkelreis, dem weihnachtlichen Spinat, den Kichererbsen und Granatapfelkernen servieren. Wir wünschen guten Appetit!
