Zutaten
Garnelen
Chimichurri
Melonen-Paradeiser-Ragu
Anleitungen
  1. Melone und Paradeis würfeln und die Minze hacken.
  2. Für die Vinaigrette alle Zutaten vermischen und damit die Melonen-Paradeis-Minz-Mischung marinieren. Bis zum Servieren kalt stellen.
  3. Für das Chimichurri Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Chillischote und die Kräuter klein hacken.
  4. Mit dem Olivenöl und dem Rotweinessig vemischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
  5. Die Shrimps in Olivenöl braten, danach mit Chimichurri beträufeln und mit Salzflocken würzen. Dazu das Melonen-Paradeis-Ragu servieren.
